The residential development is a single block of six identical units, each comprising 3-bedroom flats. Designed for families, it offers modern, comfortable living spaces in a peaceful suburban setting, providing high-quality accommodation that meets the needs of contemporary lifestyles.
The design emphasizes functionality, with each flat comprising three spacious bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and a maid’s room. The master bedroom and other rooms are en-suite, offering privacy and convenience. The open-plan living and dining areas are designed for ample natural light and ventilation, promoting a seamless flow within the interior spaces.
Externally, the building exhibits clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic, with a balanced combination of plastered walls, and window projections.
