Our Process;

We begin with receiving detailed briefs, advising and guiding clients from project inception. RCL is especially attentive and focused at this juncture as being on the same page with the client at this preliminary stage. This is critical to meeting the Client's expectations and to the overall success of the project. Next, we produce sketch designs which when approved and signed off by the client, leads to the next stage of production of the more detailed architectural drawings.

The architectural design/drawings are concluded and approved by the client and the statutory authorities. This is then followed by the production of Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Working drawings and thereafter the project is costed by our Quantity Surveyors. This is the last stage after which upon agreement with the client, we move to site to commence building construction, which we handle from start to finish.
